Just extract the package and edit the php.ini file at the last 2 lines to match the right locaton, es:
zend_extension_manager.optimizer_ts="C:[bs]php5[bs]Zend for PHP5"
zend_extension_ts="C:[bs]php5[bs]Zend for PHP5[bs]ZendExtensionManager.dll"
ATTENTION: replace "[bs]" with a backslash (this web plattform seams to censor it)
