I passed couple of hours on it & at last nulled it
I found lot of bugs here (this script really a buggy one) but dont worry, I fixed most of them.

You need to register there to view the DEMO
However I removed (disable) many function like- Audio Upload, embding from other site like Youtube, Metacafe & youtube browser from my site (DEMO) but you'll get everything when you'll install it on your site.
N.B.: You need FFMPEG installed on your server for Upload Video option

This is my First self-written PHP Script.
Its a simple News System, where you can post and edit Posts in the Admin Panel.
Up to day it dont has a login system. Just rename the "news_admin.php" into a long name e.g. "blablaeijgvbser.php".
In the admin Panel you can simply Edit the news. 13.04.2009
installation instructions: READ THE "ReadME.txt" in the Archive.
