Iceberg Blue vBulletin theme made with vBulletin 3.8.4.
Please note that i have spelled it "Iceburg Blue" in some places when its meant to be "Iceberg Blue".

Hot to install:
-Upload the folder "iceburg_blue" to your "images" folder.
-Go to ACP > Styles & Templates > Download / Upload Styles.
-Import the file "Iceburg_Blue-vbulletin-style.xml".
