How to resolve it?

How do you upload all files? In binary mode or in ASCII mode? Did you set permision 777 only on folders not in the folders files?

perhaps 29-36 no idea what stands there i dont got social engine i just know that the new php doesn't support some things  :p

Any idea how to resolve this - after instalation and going to admin page white blan page shows. As I understood from googling this must be permision problem.

Permision 777 should be on all folders only or in all subfolders and files inside these folders? How do you set permisions?

i can't upload images or mp3 , images it goes to blank page.
 mp3 says the file type not supported ... but server supports mp3 < checked
